Coffey County Historical Society & Museum In 1965, a small organization of Coffey County residents, wanting to share their heritage, brought to life the Coffey County Historical Society Museum. Click Here - Yesterday's Tomorrows is Coming! Our Facility The first museum was housed in a single showcase in the courthouse lobby. In 1974 it was moved to a building donated and staffed by volunteers.
