The two-day Tofu Festival, produced as a benefit fundraising event by the LTSC will feature an array of international tofu dishes from the traditional to the exotic. Tofu dishes will be prepared by some of Southern California s finest eateries to be enjoyed by a multi-ethnic audience of festival attendees.
