Welcome to Richard Bland College of The College of William and Mary in Virginia. The year 2001 marks our fortieth year as an educational leader in Central Virginia. We are the Commonwealth's only public junior college and our sole mission is to prepare students for transfer to both public and private colleges and universities throughout the country.
