GSC Pacific Division, Sidney Subdivision (Pacific Geoscience Centre or PGC) conducts research on earthquake seismology, geodynamics, cordilleran tectonics, marine geoscience, paleo-magnetism and geothermics in the Canadian Cordilleran and adjacent offshore continental margin.
