Welcome to my information site about panic disorder. My name is Pernilla. I am 25 years and in early 1998 I had my first panic attack, which rapidly developed into agoraphobia. It took quite some time until it was diagnosed correctly, and even longer until I received adequate treatment. This is rather typical, unfortunately.
