The Moreland Energy Foundation Ltd. is a non-profit organization working to reduce greenhouse gas emissions within the Moreland community, located in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. Established by the Moreland City Council, MEFL is the first independent, locally based organization devoted entirely to reducing community greenhouse emissions.
