IHS is the primary animal adoption agency in southwestern Idaho. We care for more than 16, 000 animals every year and have one of the highest adoption rates in the United States. We provide pet adoption and foster services, lost/found services, low-cost spay/neuter and vaccination services, and humane education services.

The Humane Society of the Upper Valley (HSUV) is made up of generous volunteers who care about animals and are dedicated to finding good homes for needy and homeless animals, promoting spaying/neutering, and advocating anti-animal cruelty. We are situated in Southeastern Idaho and serve communities in Idaho Falls and throughout the Upper Valley including Rexburg, and Ashton, Idaho
