UPDATE Scott Every (scott@emji.net) has kindly developed a proper working installer.coff for the ANS that activates the internal Ethernet port and the internal SCSI driver. He has a version for both r4 and r5. This should remove the headaches that occur when using my method. He also has prepared an ANS-friendly binary of the latest kernel.
