This is an omnibus protocol for studying patients with cystic fibrosis and other familial pulmonary and pancreatic disorders. The main purpose of the study is to expand knowledge of the natural history, clinical manifestations (phenotypes) and the genetic variants (genotypes) of cystic fibrosis.
