Adrian College evolved from a theological institute founded by the Wesleyan Methodist denomination at Leoni in 1845 and is affiliated with The United Methodist Church. It is authorized by its Board of Trustees to grant the following degrees: Associate of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Fine Arts, Bachelor of Music, Bachelor of Music Education and Bachelor of Business Administration.
