Founded in the same year as the school, 1961, the Savanna Band has represented Savanna High School, the Anaheim Union High School District (AUHSD), the City of Anaheim, and the State of California throughout the states of the American Pacific. In its relatively brief history, it has consistantly ranked among the top 5% of all Southern California high school marching bands
