Working in public, private and academic partnerships, the Center helps agencies explore ways to improve services, and choose and test technologies capable of handling complex public programs; these partnerships are essential to the success of our program. When projects are completed, we hold public seminars and demonstrations, publish formal reports and working papers, and distribute results over the Internet.
