When the Western Meadowlark returns and its carolling song rings over the grasslands and sagebruch of BC's Southern Interior, spring has truly arrived. May 19 - 22, the 3rd Annual Meadowlark Festival will be held in Penticton and area to celebrate the spring and the unique and threatened ecology of the South Okanagan and Similkameen Valleys.
