For the convenience of our clients, the admitting office has been renovated to accommodate stretchers. This means the check-in process can be completed more quickly and more privately for all clients, including those arriving by ambulance.

The Patient Relations Department is available to assist you in resolving any problems, concerns, or unmet needs regarding your hospitalization, and to clarify policies and procedures pertaining to hospital services, including the Bill of Rights.

The medical records department provides services to patients and their physicians with regards to medical information compiled during the patient's hospitalization.
