STAGES is a genetic evaluation program used by U.S. swine breed associations. The development of STAGES was a joint effort between scientists at Purdue University (Department of Animal Sciences, West Lafayette, IN) and USDA (U.S. Meat Animal Research Center, Clay Center, NE).
