About US The El Dorado Junior Chamber of Commerce, known simply as the Jaycees, is an organization developed to promote community involvement and foster fellowship among members through leadership training for ages 21-39. We are active in the Arkansas Junior Chamber of Commerce and perform service projects throughout El Dorado and Union County. We meet the first Thursday of every month at 7 p.m.
