Since 1978, the Odyssey of the Mind program has been providing creative problem-solving opportunities for students of all ages. Through solving long-term and spontaneous problems, students learn life-long skills such as how to think critically, how to overcome obstacles, and how to rise to meet any challenge.
The New York State OM Association, Incorporated, exists to administer, promote, and execute the guidelines, objectives and rules of the Odyssey of the Mind program in New York State.

Creativity in Arkansas, Inc. (formerly known as Arkansas OM) is the organization that provides the Arkansas Odyssey of the Mind Program.
The Odyssey of the Mind School Program, under the auspices of TX Odyssey, Inc., challenges kids to apply their imaginations and their ingenuity to solve problems. Odyssey of the Mind is a program where kids can develop creativity, work through challenges and build respect for one another in an environment where cooperation, caring and the process are more important than winning.
The Creative Problem Solving Society (CPSS) is a non-profit society incorporated in British Columbia in 1998. This year, 1999/2000, CPSS is sponsoring the Odyssey of the Mind Program in British Columbia.
