VILLAGE OF PALMETTO The Village with a Vision The Village of Palmetto is a small quaint village located in the northeast corner of St. Landry Parish in the state of Louisiana. We are located near the center of a triangle formed by the cities of Alexandria to the North, Baton Rouge, the state capital, to the East, and Lafayette to the South, being approximately 55 miles from each of the three.
