Full Circle Adoptions Adoption brings love full circle. Full Circle Adoptions, is a nonprofit adoption agency licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. We work with birthparents and adoptive families, nationwide, and we homestudy adoptive families in Massachusetts. We also work with Massachusetts families who have homestudies from other agencies whether from Massachusetts or other states.
