An International film festival located in the heart of Las Vegas. The festival is a showcase for 100 independent and international films and videos. All films and screenplays are submitted for judging in the BSIFF competition. This year the festival is scheduled for September 24-27, 1998. Call for Entries is May 1, 1998.
