Ozark Foothills FilmFest showcases over 30 independent and commercial films and videos. The festival also features a filmmaking workshop, a day-long family film fiesta, a number of galas and gatherings, lectures and discussions, book signings, and Levon Helm and the Cate Brothers Band in concert.
