Homeless Youth and Runaway Children in Phoenix Arizona are offered shelter by HomeBase Youth Services. The Arizona streets are refuge to thousands of homeless and runaway youth. These Homeless Youth are economically poor, some mentally and physically disabled and all are in need of shelter and care.
