Holiday Island consists of 4, 500 acres on Table Rock Lake approximately 5 miles north of Eureka Springs, Arkansas on highway 23. Founded 30 years ago by the McCullough Oil Company, the current developer is an Arkansas Corporation, Holiday Island Development Corp.
