NJGSC is a non-profit organization which works with GSUSA to promote Girl Scouting in the Jewish Community and the Jewish Girl Scout recognitions.

Vajra Light Buddhist Center serves the Westchester, N.Y. area with the meditation and study programs of Kadampa Buddhism, and is currently located in White Plains. The principal teacher at the Center is Kadam Morten Clausen who has studied directly under Geshe Kelsang since 1981.
