The HSAC is a no-kill shelter dedicated to providing quality care and shelter for as many homeless animals as resources permit and to secure a permanent, quality home for every animal in our care.

The River Cities Humane Society For Cats is a humane organization hed to help the many homeless cats and kittens in the Twin Cities area. The society was formed in the spring of 1989 and is registered with the state of Louisiana as a non-profit corporation organized for charitable and educational purposes.
