Texas artist, Dale Martin, is a native of Kilgore, Texas. His home for over 35 years has been Fort Worth, Texas. His inspiration for painting came about 30 years ago, from a local artist whose detailed and realistic paintings he could not afford. Although working mainly in oils, Dale also does watercolor paintings and oil-based colored pencil drawings.
