Company History Our family has been in the manufactured housing business for 33 years in La Porte and Michigan City, Indiana. We started in September of 1966 on the west side of La Porte with a sales center and a community for manufactured homes. Today our company operates two sales centers for modular and manufactured homes, along with several land development projects in La Porte County.
