Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) is a nationwide organization of real people, moms, dads, young people, and individuals determined to stop drunk driving, support the victims of this violent crime, and prevent underage drinking.

The Institute supports and promotes the philosophy and values of community oriented policing and assists communities in the development, implementation or strengthening of community policing strategies. The Institute provides services to law enforcement agencies and community members in the following states: Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa and Wisconsin.
