Bob Houghton has been guiding and instructing fly-fishing full time since 1975. Licensed and permitted by State of Oregon, U.S.Forest Service, BLM and Coast Guard. He is also a member of McKenzie Guides Association, Deschutes River Public Outfitters and Rogue River Guide Association.
