NuEngland is the new SUPERSTATE to be formed by merging the governments of the six New England states: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Upsizing accomplishes government downsizing. This cost-saving modernization is long overdue.
