De Delftse Pauw, Delft, Holland. Delft Blue pottery in Delft. At this moment only two factories carry on the tradition of producing authentic Delftware. De Delftse Pauw is one of these factories. Delftware is still famous because of its specific blue colour, obtained by painting with a black paint and the high craftsmenship needed to paint the decorations.
