I wanted to make a cartoon airplane that would tow a banner across the top of my site. So I had to come up with a cartoon of an airplane. I liked the look of the short little racing planes, so I used that as a starting point for my little plane. 1st. Step Decided on a medium color of orange for the body of the plane, that way I could make highlights and shadows to give thickness to the parts.
