We have very bad water here and have to have water delivered for our pond. Algae was a terrible problem until we put up a cover over the top of the pond. With shade most of the day the problem was cut way down. Recently we made a pond in our backyard.(See top photo) It has been a learning experience since we didn't know anything about building or maintaining a pond. It's been a lot of fun ...
