Victorian Speleological Association Introduction The Victorian Speleological Association (VSA) was formed in 1967 by the amalgamation of two caving groups, the Victorian Cave Exploration Society (formed in 1957) and the Sub-Aqua Speleological Society (formed in 1960). It became an incorporated association in January 1986. VSA has as its primary aims: To explore, map and record caves in Victoria.
