The Department of Communication Studies in the College of Liberal Arts offers programs of study leading to a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication, and a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications. The Department of Communication Studies administers the Speech Proficiency Examination.
