Indiana Genealogical Society--The Indiana Genealogical Society (IGS) is the genealogical society for the state of Indiana. Formed in 1988 and based out of Fort Wayne, Indiana, the society is involved in several projects, including collecting entries of ancestors who lived in Indiana at one time. Membership is open to all and runs on the calendar year.
